Schedule: Full time, evenings or weekends as necessary

Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for management of all facets of the company's growing portfolio of Vehicle Service Contract products, and other industry-related products. The Product Manager will provide thought leadership and project management on the development of materials to ensure the Company maintains its competitive presence in the high-mileage automotive segment.

The Product Manager supports sales efforts by collaborating across all company departments to identify and evaluate product improvements, product line expansion, and evaluate new product opportunities. This position will be the point of contact for all product related questions.

This position will be challenged with demanding timelines and a high expectation of accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creative development and maintenance of all VSC program materials
  • Project management of new product development, product refresh, rate revisions, and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update rates and products loaded in the PCRS administration platform
  • Collaborates with Sales, Risk Management, Legal/Compliance and Operations departments
  • Assist with analysis on product sales, channel results, loss experience, and geographic trends
  • Collecting and analyzing competitor information to ensure company products are competitive and make new product recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze marketing programs and promotions
  • Create library of VSC forms, collateral and rates
  • Attend training and seminars as required by the Company
  • Participating in special projects or other duties as assigned

Competencies: Proven project management experience with a keen eye for accuracy. Highly responsive with exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with common dealership F&I sales technology. Knowledge of Vehicle Service Contract coverages and compliance/regulations is preferred.

Excellent Client / Customer Service: Must be able to ensure all agent, dealership, customer and/or client related issues are handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with computers and software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PCRS, ZOHO CRM, Tableau and other data analysis applications.
